Parkwood Homes was founded in 1991 and soon became the principal builder in the nationally acclaimed community of Kentlands, Maryland. A small, privately owned company, most employees have been with Parkwood for many years and are seasoned and experienced in homebuilding. Parkwood limits the number of homes they build each year and they take great pride in the solid craftsmanship and the quality of the homes they provide. Although Parkwood is a small firm, they have enjoyed very positive recognition for their innovative, high quality homes and the great emphasis they place on excellent design.
